Payment Options:  When you are ready to complete your sale, select the "Checkout" button. We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept payments via PayPal. You may also use a credit card with PayPal without setting up a PayPal account.

Sales Tax: New York State Residents will be charged 8.875% sales tax on applicable items upon checkout.

Shipping Costs: Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping costs are:

            $5.00 for orders $0.00 - $50.00
            $8.00 for orders $51.00 - $150.00
            $12.00 for orders $151.00 - $250.00
            FREE for orders over $250.00

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Custom orders may take longer, and we will email you with an estimated ship date when we receive your order. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive an email from USPS with your tracking number.

International Shoppers: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS first class mail or global priority.

Returns and Store Credit: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit, please let us know. We will will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your ship date and offer either store credit or refund (minus shipping charges). Sale items, jewelry, accessories, and vintage items are non-returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@sodafine.com to confirm your intention to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number that you must write on the exterior of your return packaging.

            * Returns received without an Authorization Number will not be accepted.
            * Returns made without prior email notification will not be processed.
            * Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be received in new condition, unworn and with tags intact, or we will refuse the exchange. If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size, we will not charge shipping for the exchange. When returning items, please be sure to pack items carefully. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail. We will credit your card on receipt of the returned items and will send you an email confirmation.
